‘It’s Gonna Be Lit!!’: E-40, Wiz Khalifa among artists to perform at Turlock music, cannabis festival

Updated: 9:41 PM PDT September 12, 2022

Great music, food, beer and weed are what’s promised at a music festival and cannabis expo taking place this weekend in the town of Turlock in Stanislaus County. Dazed on the Green will feature artists and rappers such as E-40, Wiz Khalifa, Cypress Hill, the Dead Kennedys and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony across two days. According to EventBrite, the festival also promises that people will be able to consume marijuana during the event with legal ID. Tickets range from $99 to $199, but you can use promo codes KWIN and KHKK to get a discount. The event details also state, however, that refunds, exchanges, and returns are not permitted. The event will be held at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds at 900 N Broadway in Turlock. Regardless of what you plan to consume, the festival is restricted to those aged 21 and over. While Dazed on the Green promises an event that says “Gonna Be Lit!!”, this festival also comes with a massive list of things you can’t do or wear. For example, the event prohibits derogatory gang-affiliated colors, attire, words, tattoos, or images. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. It is also prohibited to solicit or sell/distribute any type of items at the event. You can find tickets, the full festival lineup, and the full list of do’s and don’ts here.
