Denzel Curry Says Kanye and Drake’s Albums Could Have Been Better

Denzel Curry had to pull some things off his chest while he was on social media. During his Twitter rant, Denzel said that Kanye West donda album and that of Drake Certified lover project could have been better.

On Saturday, May 14, Denzel Curry hopped on his Twitter account and started tweeting some of his pop culture observations. Randomly, the 2016 XXL Freshman offered his review on Ye and Drizzy’s latest projects.

“Donda and CLB could have been better, all niggas are rich and got the best musicians at your disposal,” he tweeted. The 27-year-old rhymer then added, “The illustrations for both projects were loot.”

Although Denzel Curry is right, Kanye donda the album cover is simply an all-black cover, while Drake’s BEC illustrated cover includes 12 emoticons of pregnant women lined up wearing blouses of different colors and holding their round bellies.

Denzel’s comments come after he praised Kendrick Lamar on Friday May 13 for his outstanding work on his just released album Mr. Morale and Big Steps. “Trust no one, only your mama nem,” he wrote, referring to the MM&TBS track, “Father time.”

Denzel raised some eyebrows earlier this week with his proclamation that he’s the best rapper alive, period.

In a XXL interview, the South Florida rhymer talked about his new album, Melt my eyes, see your future. When asked what’s next for him, Denzel said, “Pay attention to me. Pay attention to all the next projects that are about to come out. I’m about to shake up the whole game. I don’t care what anybody has to say, bro. I’m the best rapper alive. Point blank, period.

You gotta love Denzel Curry’s confidence as a bona fide lyricist.
