Lady Gaga has never shied away from horror and all things Halloween. She appeared in the FX series american horror story and even featured a bloody costume in a VMA performance.

From “Dance in the Dark” to “Bad Romance,” here are some fan-favorite songs to hit spooky playlists in October.

Lady Gaga has released chart-topping songs like “Bad Romance” and “Poker Face”

Stefani Germanotta (known by her stage name Lady Gaga) is a Grammy Award-winning artist, Oscar-winning actor, and the entrepreneur behind cosmetics company Haus Laboratories. Her song “Bad Romance” won the Grammy Awards for Best Music Video and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.

The glory monster won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album. More than anything, however, fans know this artist to be “weird” and “weird,” but in the best way. As a result, “Little Monsters” adds several Lady Gaga songs to their Halloween playlists.

Lady Gaga has several scary songs perfect for Halloween

Lady Gaga is an Oscar-winning actor who appeared in A star is born. She also teamed up with legendary jazz musician Tony Bennett for the album Cheek to cheek. For longtime fans of this artist, however, her music is also the perfect addition to any Halloween playlist.

The album Born like this presents songs with religious symbology. This includes Lady Gaga’s chart-topping song “Judas,” which currently has over 160 million plays on Spotify. This album also includes spooky songs like “Bloody Mary” and “Scheiße”, both of which correspond to many October vibes.

Of course, her most noticeable Halloween hit is “Monster”, which details her relationship with a boy who is actually a “monster.” (Metaphorically, of course.) Some fans also consider “Bad Romance” and “Dance in the Dark” to be appropriate songs for this holiday.

One of Lady Gaga’s most shocking performances came at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. There, her portrayal of “Paparazzi” included blood oozing from her costume and the artist hanging lifeless by an arm.

Lady Gaga appeared in award-winning FX horror series, ‘American Horror Story’

Lady Gaga is also known for her appearance in the original FX series, American Horror Story, even win a Golden Globe for his work in the series. In Hotel, she acted as the bloodthirsty and avant-garde vampire known as the Countess. In Roanoke, she played one of the original witches and villain haunting the Miller Estate named Scáthach.

Several other artists have released Halloween-inspired albums, including Turn off the light artist Kim Petras. Billie Eilish has won multiple Grammy Awards for her Scary and Edgy album titled When we all fall asleep, where do we go?

American Horror Story: Hotel is available to binge-watch on Netflix and Hulu. Music by Lady Gaga, including the recently released one Dawn of Chromatica album, is available on Spotify, Apple Music and most major streaming platforms.
