Nigerian singer kicks off campus tour with visit to alma mater

Rising Singer Timothy Olorunyomi aka Bad Boy Timz has embarked on a tour of some Nigerian universities.
the GM The crooner began the tour with a visit to his alma mater, Bells University, Ota, Ogun State. It was indeed a memorable sight as the students danced to the singer’s hit songs.
According to a statement sent to Sunday spoon by the singer’s management team, the tour continued at Afe Babalola University, Ekiti State on Friday, May 20, 2022 and will continue at Ajayi Crowther University, Ekiti State of Oyo on May 24.
The singer also recently visited the secondary school he was attending, Kingsfield College, in Ikorodu, Lagos.
According to a statement released by Jerry Shaffer, his manager, the campus tour was inspired by Bad Boy Timz himself.
Meanwhile, the singer’s manager, Jerry Shaffer, noted that the tour was inspired by Timz’s need to connect with his fans across the country. He said: “The campus tour was Timz’s idea. He began his musical career as a student at Bells University. So, his journey to fame won’t be complete without acknowledging the immense love he receives from students across the country. Being a fresh graduate, he and his team felt the need to return to these universities to appreciate them for their contributions to his musical career. Touring is an essential part of every artist’s career, as it allows them to connect with their fans and visit places their music hasn’t gone.
