Qatari singer Nasser al-Kubaisi participates in FIFA song “Arhbo”

Qatari singer Nasser al-Kubaisi expressed his great joy in participating in the Arabic song “Arhbo” (welcome), the second from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 album. The song was led by Muhamad al-Ibrahim, with the participation of Saudi singer Ayedh and Kuwaiti singer Hanin.
Al-Kubaisi told local Arab daily Arrayah that the song sends the message to the world that everyone is welcome in Qatar during the World Cup. He pointed out that the participation of Gulf artists in this work indicates that this championship is the championship of all Arabs, whether at the Gulf or Arab level.
Al-Kubaisi said: “I am very happy to participate in this performance, which coincided with the inauguration of the “Lusail Stadium”. I can not describe my feelings to be present among the big crowd during the final match of the “Lusail Cup”, to present a message of love from Qatar to the world and to ensure that all fans are welcome in Qatar during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Everyone will have a role to play in making this tournament a success. Everyone in Qatar, whether citizen or resident, will be an important factor in bringing an exceptional version of the World Cup to the world.
According to al-Kubaisi, the FIFA 2022 album will consist of around five to six songs, including “Arhbo”. A large group of artists from Qatar and around the world will participate in the album. This work is the Arabic version of the song launched by FIFA last August, in which rapper Gims and singer Ozuna participated.
“Culture and art are a major and important part of sport, as music and art are closely linked to football. In Qatar, we are preparing well for this event, as Qatari art will mark its presence inside and outside the stadiums. There will be songs and performances for the public. We will spare no effort to do our best to provide a rich and enjoyable experience for visitors to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022,” al-Kubaisi concluded.
