Samia announced a new album. On January 27, she will release her second album Honey Going through Grand Jury. Today she shared a new video from the album “Kill Her Freak Out”, featuring Lucas Hedges. Check it out below.

In a press release, Samia said, “I wrote ‘Kill Her Freak Out’ at my loneliest and most delirious. I had calmed down my true feelings for fear that someone would leave. The chorus is a reaction to the constant downplaying of emotions that felt bad; it was cathartic to say the opposite of what I had been saying for so long to this person I was trying to impress. I didn’t want to kill anyone, of course, I just wanted to scream. It sort of marks the end of The baby ‘s story.

Honey follows the 2020s The baby and 2021 Scout EP.
