A series of mysterious billboards bearing the number 30 have popped up across the world, sparking speculation among fans that Adele may be on the verge of releasing a highly anticipated new album.

Photos of the signs were taken across the world at various iconic landmarks in places such as Dubai, Ireland, France, Italy and the United States.

There has been no official confirmation of the Grammy-winning artist, but the number would match her previous pattern of album naming after her age.

The 33-year-old singer’s thirtieth year also marked the age at which she separated from her ex-husband Simon Konecki.

A new record would be Adele’s fourth album and the first in six years, following the record 25 in 2015.

The record, which followed its record of 21 in 2011 and its debut of 19 in 2008, broke the record for US album sales in a single week, sold some 23 million copies in total and also earned him two Grammys: Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Speculation that Adele will release a new record has been rife on the internet for the past year or so.

Last October, Adele, who has largely stayed out of the spotlight, appeared as the host of an American television show. Saturday Night Live.

This sparked speculation that she was set to release her new music around the same time.

However, she revealed during the show that she was only a host, with the singer-songwriter HER appearing as a musical guest.

She referred to the rumors in her opening monologue, saying, “I know there has been a lot of talk that I’m just the host. Like, ‘Why isn’t she here? musical guest? “and stuff like that. And there are several reasons.

“My album isn’t finished, and I’m also too scared to do both… I’d rather just put on wigs… have a glass of wine or six and see what happens.”

Meanwhile, rumors that the singer might release the record before Christmas were fueled by a radio DJ named Mauler last week.

According to Billboard, Mauler sent out a tweet that was later deleted on Tuesday, which read “New Adele. This week.”
